MPS Planner

Reporting: All demand, Master scheduling, Category Master, Inventory projection….
E&O follow up FG and related materials
Ramp up plan or simulation plan to special request
Daily communicate to OPD & other departments to address ad hoc
Demand receipt & analysis to confirm back OPD/Customer
Deliver best possible customer service for the assigned product category by prompt provision of promise date, schedule improvement, expedite options with costs/ trade- off; and other scenarios analysis/ solution proposal as business requires
RTS/MKT/OQC sample
Capacity sizing, 4M analysis
Collaborate with OPD/MPM team for demand receipt and commitment based on 4M analysis
Outstanding review & update
Review, convey and publish Master Schedule plan medium – long term (up to 6 to 12 months)
Convey and negotiate Master Production Schedule along with contract manufacturers to ensure schedule achievability
New model list preparing 1st MP/PR demand with Project team
Daily Promise Date update & follow up with OPD/ SHP team to ensure OTD
Convey or publish Production Plan to entire constituents
Follow up with PC on production plan to meet OTD, follow up shipment with shipping team
Make- part aging follow up
Spare part/ buy part (STN)

High adaptability to change, result oriented, self- motivated, committed, and independent
Strong experience and sense in capacity planning
Good time management
Experience in supply chain management, knowledge in shipping and logistics
University/College degree
Good competency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook; and ERP is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly pro- active, calm under pressure
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in planning related role
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), Chinese is a plus
