KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide room cards/keys and assist customers in transporting luggage to the room.
- Welcoming and receiving customer booking information
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement room transfer requests and resolve requests and complaints from customers.
- Confirm booking information with customers and complete accommodation records on the system.
- Manage guest records, documents and other related documents
- Carry out payment procedures and print invoices for customers.
- Introduce the hotel&039;s regulations and convenient services such as: swimming pool, bar, breakfast buffet, restaurant, souvenir shop, spa, gym, yoga room, etc.
- Hand over work before the end of the shift, including list of guests, deposits, funds, etc.
Yêu cầu công việc
Graduated from Intermediate/College/University in majors such as Hotel Management, Travel and Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields.
Good English communication ability.
Having experience working at a high- end hotel or resort is an advantage
Proficient in using office software
