Market Research & Product Understanding
• Conduct market research on the smart home appliance category (with a focus on cleaning devices) in Vietnam; monitor market trends and competitors’ marketing strategies
• Collect feedback from customers, customer service/after- sales teams, and product- related issues; consolidate insights into clear reports to support product improvements and future development
• Analyze consumer behavior and identify key pain points of Vietnamese users
Product Marketing & Go- To- Market
• Develop a strong understanding of product features, key selling points (KSP), and specifications; translate them into simple, user- friendly messaging tailored to the Vietnam market
• Be directly involved in planning and executing of Go- To- Market (GTM) activities for new product launches, including product positioning, pricing strategy, and campaign timeline
• Adapt product content from Chinese partners to better fit with Vietnam market. Review and finalize product content across e- commerce platforms, product materials, and offline POSM
Internal Training & KOL/KOC Collaboration
• Develop product training materials for Sales, Customer Service, E- commerce teams, and distributors in Vietnam; conduct regular training sessions to ensure clear and consistent product understanding, usage, and key FAQs
• Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing Executive to work with KOLs/KOCs and reviewers: provide clear product briefings, define key messaging, and ensure content output aligns with product positioning and key selling points
Yêu cầu:
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into simple, user- friendly content
• Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for work purposes: communication with partners and understanding product materials
• Familiarity with the KOL/KOC ecosystem; strong briefing and communication skills; able to present and conduct training sessions effectively
• 1–2 years of experience in relevant roles such as Marketing, Product, or GTM
• Strong cross- functional communication, project coordination, and multitasking skills
• Bachelor’s degree; candidates with study experience in China are preferred
• Experience in home appliances, cleaning devices, or consumer electronics is a plus
