PROJECT SALES MANAGER

A leader in finishing materials, interior equipment, MEP, and architecture. We are seeking a strategic and results- driven Project Sales Manager to lead our Project Business Department, drive high- level partnerships, and ensure the successful delivery of large- scale construction projects.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor a team of Project Specialists to achieve at least 80% of their assigned KPIs.
Financial Management: Control project costs (hospitality, sales expenses) and manage team debt recovery to ensure healthy cash flow.
Project Oversight: Supervise the full project lifecycle from design, sample submission, and contract signing to delivery, acceptance, and payment.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute annual and quarterly project business plans, including revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
Market Expansion: Build and maintain high- level relationships with Investors (CĐT), Consultants, and Strategic General Contractors.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
Network: An existing professional network of Investors, General Contractors, and Consultants.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction project processes and finishing materials (Interior/MEP/Architecture).
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
Skills:
* Expertise in bidding document preparation.
Proficiency in business data analysis and market forecasting.
Strong negotiation, planning, and risk management skills.
Attributes: Transparent, highly responsible, professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive under high pressure.
