Strategic Analysis, Proposal
Provide strategic consultation to the Expat BoD on sales strategies, budget allocations, and market interventions.
Translate raw field data into insightful Business Proposals (in English) to improve channel efficiency.
Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities (Price, Promotion, Distribution) from rivals like Johnson’s Baby, Cetaphil, and local brands.
Revenue Management & Distribution
Design and monitor Trade Marketing initiatives (displays, activations) tailored specifically for Traditional Grocery stores, key retail touchpoints.
Evaluate the ROI of trade spend and POSM effectiveness at the point of sale.
Standardize the sales process for assigned area channel to suit the specific nature of personal products.
Channel Excellence
Ensure the progress and quality of gifts and POSM delivered with order.
Coordinate with the Trade Marketing team to deploy exclusive promotion programs for each chain.
Cross- functional Coordination & Reporting
Deliver concise English Sales Dashboards and monthly summaries to the NSM and BoD to support data- driven decision- making.
Collaborate with Finance to monitor distributor credit limits and manage accounts receivable.
Partner with Supply Chain for stock availability and Marketing to ensure field execution aligns with brand campaigns.
Team Leadership & Field Coaching
Directly manage ASM/ Sales Supervisors (SS) and the sales force.
Conduct regular "Field Coaching" to upgrade the team&039;s product knowledge and professional negotiation skills.

Analytical Depth: Must be able to look beyond "Total Sales" to analyze Active Outlets, MCP compliance, and SKU productivity.
Language Proficiency: Advanced Business English. Must be able to defend operational strategies and system designs in front of Expat leadership.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to support the BoD in developing a sustainable management framework for the assigned area.
Experience: Must have at least 5+ years in Management role of FMCG (Baby Care/Personal Care). Proven track record in managing Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE).
