The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective coordination, and accurate reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining brand standards, supporting sales activities, and enhancing overall guest and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
Prepare, proofread, and review documents such as reports, business letters, memoranda, and daily logs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support the daily operations of the Sales & Marketing department to ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Perform general office duties including filing, emailing, document preparation, copying, and handling correspondence (incoming/outgoing mail).
Sales Coordination
Coordinate and organize meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging necessary materials as directed by the DOSM.
Maintain and update sales systems with accurate data including leads, commissions, and third- party information.
Assist the sales team in handling administrative tasks related to leads, contracts, and client communications.
Brand & Marketing Support
Ensure all materials align with the hotel’s branding and communication standards.
Assist in promoting brand awareness internally and externally by preparing marketing materials, brochures, and information packages.
Communication & Information Management
Communicate updates effectively to team members to ensure accurate and consistent guest information.
Maintain up- to- date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, events, and activities.
Sales Support & Revenue Contribution
Support the implementation of sales strategies that maximize revenue while maintaining strong guest relationships and loyalty.
Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing relevant reports when required.
Compliance & Confidentiality
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information and proprietary materials.
Ensure all departmental activities comply with company policies and operational procedures.
Yêu cầu công việc
At least 2 years of experience in the relevant position;
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, PMS, and POS systems.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;
Proficient in English;
