The Sales Executive- Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our food and beverage products within designated territories or customer segments. This role requires a strong understanding of the F&B industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market share.
Customer Relationship Management:
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Become an expert on our food and beverage products, including features, benefits, and market positioning.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Use insights to adjust strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Analyze sales data and generate reports on sales performance and effectiveness.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross- functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance.
Provide input on product development based on customer feedback and market demand.

Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment.
1- 2 of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
Strong sales skills with a successful track record of achieving targets.
