Job Overview
We are looking for a result- driven Sales Representative with strong business development capabilities in the industrial sector. This role focuses on developing B2B sales for surface coating chemicals used in cookware manufacturing. If you are proactive, enjoy working with factories or technical clients, and want to grow in a niche industrial market, this position is for you.
Responsibilities
Develop and expand B2B sales channels, especially cookware manufacturers, factories, and industrial partners.
Build and maintain long- term relationships with key customers.
Identify and approach potential clients in manufacturing sectors (kitchenware, metal processing, etc.).
Prepare sales reports and propose strategies to improve performance.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct sales visits, product presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
Requirements
Basic English (for reading technical documents and communication).
College degree or above (preferably in Business, Chemistry, Materials, or related fields).
At least 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B, industrial products, chemicals, or manufacturing- related fields is a plus).
Comfortable working with factories and doing field sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship- building skills.
Sales- driven mindset, proactive, and result- oriented.
