SAP CO Consultant

Analyze and gather business requirements related to Controlling (CO) processes.
Configure and implement SAP CO modules including:
Profitability Analysis (CO- PA)
Product Costing (PC)
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Internal Orders
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Cost Element Accounting
Handle incidents, change requests, and system optimization under AMS/CSR support model.
Support UAT, go- live, and hypercare phases.
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP developers for system enhancements.
Collaborate with FI, SD, MM, and PP teams to ensure end- to- end integration.
Support cost planning, allocation cycles, and period- end/month- end closing activities.
Design and implement cost controlling structures aligned with business and management requirements.
(For candidates with SAP PS experience):
Configure and support SAP Project System (PS):
Project structures (WBS, Network)
Integration with CO (cost tracking) and FI (financial postings)
Cost planning, budgeting, and settlement
Support project lifecycle management from planning to execution and settlement.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP CO implementation and/or support.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of:
Cost controlling processes (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, CO- PA)
Product costing and profitability analysis
Strong integration knowledge with FI and other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP).
Ability to write clear and structured Functional Specifications (FS).
Good communication skills in English.
Willingness to work flexible shifts (e.g. 13:00 – 22:00) depending on project requirements.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Experience in at least 1–2 full- cycle SAP projects.
Willingness to travel or work onsite in Korea or other countries when required.

Experience in global rollout or large- scale ERP projects.
Hands- on experience with SAP Project System (PS) including budgeting, settlement, and integration.
Familiarity with SAP Clean Core and Fit- to- Standard methodology.
Knowledge of integration with external systems (e.g. project management tools).
Experience in AMS/support projects with incident & SLA handling.
Experience using SAP Fiori applications.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Controlling.
