Purpose of the position:
Be representative as Chief Accountant for its subsidiaries.
Accountant is responsible for Holding company and its subsidiaries (3entities).
Support all accounting (70%), administrative tasks of office (30%), in close cooperation with Head of Finance and Accounting.
Responsibilities:
Accountant Tasks:
• Manage account receivables, aging debts and collection on due date. Billing and collections: Processing customer payments and receipts;
• Ensure compliance with the Vietnamese taxes, Vietnamese Accounting Standards and other regulations;
• Ensure payment of loan (principal and interest) timely and completely.
• Manage petty cash under supervision of Line Manager;
• Daily book- keeping and timely record actual payment in accordance with accounting standard & internal process.
• Maintain accounting documents archived and stored sufficiently, orderly, safely, neatly and follow Accounting Law’s requirements.
• Prepare quarterly, yearly tax report (FCT, VAT, PIT), quarterly & yearly tax settlement and submit to tax department following statutory deadlines.
• Bank reconciliation and liaise with the bank for payments, transfers and others. Monitor and follow up bank transfer to ensure completeness.
• Perform other related duties as assigned such as set up new entities, other ad- hoc required by Line Manager.
• Working with Bank for all the matters related to company’s account;
• Receive, verify and retain VAT invoices, settlement documents in compliance with internal control, and revenue recognition policy, Tax and other statutory requirements …
• Issue VAT invoice to customers on time and compliance with contract and tax.
Office Administration Tasks:
• Support in logistic arrangement including flights reservations, hotel and vehicle arrangement for HO’s guests;
• Support to build up service suppliers&039; database and conduct reassessment to ensure optimal cost, delivery time and quality of all equipment and services provided;
• Other tasks under assignment of Line Manager.
• Support to conduct procurement of stationery for staff and meetings/workshops and assets of the office;
• Support to arrange internal logistic services such as: stationeries, meeting room, accommodation, transportation ... and facilities required for company’s events and meetings;
• Update the filling system and manage filing the office documents;
• Support in preparation for training, team building, and other office activities & events;
• Be responsible for incoming and outgoing telephone calls;
• Support in office equipment purchases & supplies and liaise with suppliers;
• Support to purchasing/following up maintenance and repair for office equipment to ensure a well- running office;
