Manage the full life cycle of recruitment process from sourcing to offering
Analyze the exit interview result
Proactively source, engage, prescreen, interview, schedule and assess candidates
Contribute ideas for process improvement and recruitment strategy. Plan and execute recruitment based on Headcount Plan.
Analyze and interpret current recruitment trends to best tailor search approach
Prepare and deliver recruitment reports and dashboards. Plan and execute recruitment based on Headcount Plan.
Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract top notch candidate pools
Source, attract, and recruit talents
Coordinate with Hiring Managers on best hiring practices and decisions
Build talent pipelines and market mapping for critical roles.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong in communication skills both Vietnamese and English
Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development
Proactive and passionate with recruitment
Willingness to learn and overcome daily challenges in a fast- paced environment
Minimum 04 year of experience in full life cycle of recruitment
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related degree preferred
