Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Engage, connect, and build relationships with senior- level candidates (Level 4+), ensuring a 70–80% interview acceptance rate
Build, develop, and maintain a long- term talent pool, especially for SAP candidates
Proactively leverage diverse sourcing channels (headhunting, referrals, networking, social platforms, ...) to identify and attract high- quality candidates
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager.
Design and implement employer branding and talent attraction initiatives (university engagement programs, events, partnerships,...) to build a sustainable talent pipeline
Act as a strategic talent partner, collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to deeply understand hiring needs, and subsequently develop market approach strategies and implement effective talent attraction solutions.
Conduct in- depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ capabilities, growth potential, and cultural fit
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop and execute annual hiring plans, while aligning recruitment resources with business objectives
Lead offer negotiation and closing, effectively handling complex cases
Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time- to- hire, conversion rates,..), continuously optimizing hiring effectiveness
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT/software / tech environments.
Experience recruiting in ERP or SAP consulting companies is a plus.
Good understanding of labor law, taxation, and social insurance regulations.
Experience leading a team is an advantage.
