Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Executive

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus – Sales & Marketing)
Track recruitment KPIs (Time- to- fill, Cost- per- hire, Offer acceptance rate, etc.) and provide monthly reports.
Manage end- to- end recruitment process for Sales (MT, GT, Ecomerce) and Marketing roles (Executives, ABM, etc.).
Develop sourcing strategies to attract high- quality candidates through job portals, social media, referral programs, and university partnerships.
Ensure positive candidate experience and employer brand consistency throughout hiring journey.
Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, facilitate assessments, and manage offer process.
Employee Engagement (Sales & Marketing Focus)
Design and implement engagement initiatives tailored for Sales field teams and Marketing office teams.
Proactively gather employee feedback and propose initiatives to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
Support execution of engagement survey and follow up action planning with Line Managers.
Organize team- building activities, recognition programs, townhalls, and functional bonding events.
Employer Branding
Support employer branding strategy targeting Sales and Marketing talent pools.
Coordinate campus activities, career talks, and internship programs related to Sales & Marketing.
Contribute ideas for digital recruitment campaigns and branding storytelling aligned with company EVP.
Manage job postings and content creation on LinkedIn, job platforms, and internal communication channels.
Learning & Development Support
Coordinate training programs for Sales and Marketing teams (product training, selling skills, leadership workshops, marketing capability building).
Work with Line Managers to identify training needs and monitor training effectiveness.
Support onboarding programs for new hires in Sales & Marketing functions
Track training attendance and maintain learning records.
Yêu cầu công việc
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or fast- paced commercial environment.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Proactive, detail- oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong experience in mass recruitment (Sales) and mid- level hiring (Marketing).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good understanding of Sales operation structure (GT/MT/Field Sales model is a plus).
