Key Responsibilities
a) Talent Acquisition — Mass & Junior (65%)
• Propose and execute peak- time campaigns (referral boosts, walk- in days, geo- targeted posts).
• Mass hiring planning: weekly demand intake; hiring plans by store/site/region (HCMC, Hanoi, Danang, Can Tho).
• Agency liaison (as assigned) for tougher junior+ roles; track SLA and quality.
• TA dashboard & tracker: maintain weekly funnel metrics (apply→interview→offer→show- up) ; submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Keep JD library current; benchmark pay ranges for BA/junior roles by city/channel.
• Sourcing engine: job boards, social recruiting, referrals, local groups, walk- in/interview days; light hunting for junior/frontline profiles.
• Run full- cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, pre- boarding; coordinate onboarding and offboarding checklists with admin.
• Base Hiring operations: requisitions, workflow, data integrity, compliance documentation.
• Track EB basics: post reach, sourced applications, event leads → interviews; feed data into TA dashboard.
• Operate candidate communities (Zalo/FB/LinkedIn), respond to inquiries, nurture warm pipelines.
• Execute hiring content calendar
• Support hiring events
• Engagement support: execute calendar items ; draft short internal posts; track participation.
• Training logistics: room/materials, attendance capture, vendor/internal trainer scheduling; collect L1 feedback; update training records.
• Onboarding training logistics (as assigned): scheduling speakers, materials, attendance capture.
• Prepare onboarding checklists/kits; ensure policy/process materials are delivered.
• Coordinate offboarding: asset return, paperwork, handover with relevant departments.
• Check probation follow- ups with managers; collect newcomer feedback.

Qualifications & Experience
• 3+ years in HR with strong recruitment execution, including mass/frontline (BA) and junior roles.
b. Skills & Competencies• Basic understanding of labor law for hiring/onboarding/offboarding.
• Must familiar with Vietnam FMCG hiring across provinces above.
• Proficient with system and Excel/Sheets; comfortable with social recruiting.
• Basic Canva/design for quick JD cards/banners
• Strong coordination with stakeholders; clear communication; resilience under volume.
