JOB OVERVIEW
• FPT Software is looking for candidates for Talent Acquisition Specialist position for many key program with the big customers from over the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to recruiting sites and social media
• Onboard new employees.
• Joining external events and operating internal events in order to promote company’s reputation as “Best place to work”.
• Manage company’s recruitment process: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, input CVs in HR system, interview candidates and recap to Managers, collect employee documents, generate offer letters.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to Managers.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- person interviews
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Languages, IT, or related fields
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong problem- solving and analytical thinking abilities
Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment market trends
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Love networking, creative and passionate in achieving the target
Proven experience in handling multiple roles simultaneously and hiring for mid to senior- level positions
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruitment, with strong exposure to IT/Tech hiring
