AI Engineer (LLM)

Job Description:
- Directly involved in designing data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and standardizing training datasets, as well as pipelines for training machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and generative models (LLM), and deploying them into production (serving).
- Study and optimize model parameters, techniques, and training strategies to solve real- world cybersecurity challenges at VCS using machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models.
- Research and select appropriate ML, DL, and generative model algorithms tailored to specific problem statements.

Requirements:
Technical Skills:

Strong programming skills (proficient in at least one programming language).
Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, Notebooks is an advantage.
In- depth understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML, preferably with hands- on experience in training and optimizing ML, DL, and LLMs in large- scale projects.
Understanding of IT infrastructure architecture (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, services, microservices, tensor, containerization, message queues) is a plus.
Experience in building training datasets for generative models and effectively applying reinforcement learning techniques in generative model training is a strong plus.
Solid knowledge and practical experience in designing and implementing LLMOps environments within an organization.

Soft Skills:

Effective communicator capable of clearly explaining technical solutions to both technical and non- technical audiences
Strong system- thinking mindset, with the ability to solve complex product- oriented problems
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams
