The Customer Executive oversees Customer Service, Logistics, Sales support/Administration, Labelling and Packing, and Office management
Customer Service
Monthly Turnover Report to Management
Invoicing and Issuing D/OS
Tracing of Orders and Information to Customers in Case of Change and to report to Technical Sales Manager
Up- date all sales information & ensure proper filing
Order Entry in CSB and Delivery Date Confirmation/Order Confirmation within 24 hours
Logistics (Carriage outward)
L/C Coordination and documentation (for customers)
To follow- up delivery and arrival of goods at customers’ end
Arrange and follow up on outgoing Transport
Inform Purchasing & Logistics Manager of all issues with regards to carriage outwards
Prepare, attend and lead daily logistics meeting
Sales Support/Administration
Value Added Tax Administration and reporting
Administration Support to Technical Sales and General Management
Update and file travel schedule of all sales and key personnel
Monthly Statistics/Reporting (actual v. plan)
Quotation in collaboration with relevant sales personnel/GM
Organizing Trade shows and seminars
Labelling and Packing
To check label, pack and to courier/ship
To provide support to all sales personnel
Follow up / ensure courier shipments arrived on time
Office management
Preparation of minute taking during meetings at request
To assist General Manager in general functions
To ensure continuous supply of brochures/catalogues/literature
Work Ethics
Demonstrate support and a positive attitude towards all colleagues and departments; avoid barriers from building up
Contribute to the principal guidelines of the company’s mission in all activities
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications
English speaking and writing
Computer literate
Strong Interpersonal skills; team player and independent worker
Minimum of 1 year experienced in the related field.
Diploma or higher
Strong leadership skills; independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem- solving skills are essential.
