[Dĩ An] Transport Customer Service Executive

Location: TBS Logsitics, Bình Thắng, Dĩ An, Bình Dương
Key responsibilities:
• Prepare operational reports and perform tasks assigned by the manager.
• Notify customers promptly of any changes affecting the transport plan.
• Monitor data updates to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer KPIs.
• Receive and process transport plans from customers or factories.
• Ensure accurate and complete collection of all applicable charges.
• Book transportation with land carriers and coordinate with shipping lines, ports, and warehouses.
• Manage vendors and coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Experience in transportation or E- commerce is an advantage.
• Proactive, result- oriented, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
• College or university degree in a relevant field
• Strong time management and teamwork skills; able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Have from 1 year experience in customer service role.
