Graphic Designer

Keep your own work area tidy and clean.
Maintain organized file of artwork and designs.
Carry out approved designs into artwork stage.
Coordinate collateral production with internal departments and suppliers and facilitate Job Requests submitted by division / department heads. Be responsible for monitoring all deadlines for design, artwork and printing.
Provide photography services for in- house use and/or for publicity purposes, when required.
Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by Marketing & Communications Manager and by Management.
Assist in photography for internal events.
Plan budget for materials and supplies and control execution and consumption.
Develop concepts for collaterals excluding hotel brochures i.e. year- end calendar, newsletters, greeting cards.
Ensure proper usage of art supplies and materials.
Provide designs for creative projects that meet the instructions and specifications from requesting departments.
Ensure all collateral designs and printing meet quality standards.

Minimum of two years’ experience in Graphic Design, hands- one experience in the Hotel industry preferred.
Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs.
Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time.
Knowledge of advertising, public relations, sales promotions.
Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs.
Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to department and colleagues.
Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair.
Diploma in Fine Arts, Creative Design and/or Multimedia.
