- Supervise the access of personnel: Time management, fingerprint registration, track and update personnel changes. Check in / out time of personnel, report to the Department Manager weekly. Update the number of personnel present at the hotel every day.
- Implement the recruitment of divisions: screen CV, contact applicants, schedule an interview, interview candidates, inform candidates about results and send offer letters.
- Update employee&039;s resume and related data.
- Track and register tax codes of employees.
- Update and manage the information of employees on the system of full and accurate personnel management software.
- Management of employee records: statistics, monitoring, storage and maintenance of employees working records and resignation records. Comply with regulations on receiving records when going to work and returning files to employees when quitting.

- Skill of writing documents and document and document storage.

- Proficient use of office equipment.
- College graduate or higher, priority hotel management, administration, human resource management.
- Dynamic and flexible at work.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of personnel. Having experience in the same position is an advantage.
- Fluency in office computer and related software.
- Trained using specialized software.
- English TOEIC 550 IELTS 5.0 or above or equivalent.
- Mastering the labor regimes, wages, personal income tax, documents on labor law, social insurance law, personal income tax law ...
- Communication skills, analysis, synthesis and reporting.
