JOB DESCRIPTION

· Other ad- hoc tasks assigned by your seniors.
· Support candidates with profile completion.
· Shortlisting candidates for jobs.
· Support your seniors on candidates search for active jobs, either internal roles or clients’ roles.
· Maintain & optimize candidate database on a daily basis by direct contact with candidates who sign up on Getlinks platform (normally through phone calls).
· Candidate sourcing on external resources.
· Identify candidates’ expectation on their job search & career expectation.

REQUIREMENTS

· You possess strong verbal & written communication skills in order to be efficient in your interaction with our candidates at different seniority levels.
· You are proficient in English, in order to coordinate with other recruitment teams or leaders in the region.
· You have a curiosity & a strong will to learn.
· You are self- motivated, pro- active, and willing to develop in a start- up environment with high flexibility and without close supervision.
· You have strong interest in recruitment (yes, recruitment- not C&B, not training & development).
· You are 3rd- or 4th- year student who is looking for an end- of- study internship, or a fresh graduate who is looking for your first professional experience.
