Involving in following up all adminstrative work to ensure all the activities and assignments of Managing Director are under timeline and quality control. Involing in the operation of ACC in terms of supporting the site inspection; sales and marketing activities of ACC; co- ordinating and following up with all departments concerned to take care the operation of ACC.
ACC coordinator to assist ACC’s Managing Director in the general operation of Ariyana Convention Centre.
Duties and responsibilities:
Act in a supporting role to the Managing Director and Sales Manager onsite at events.
Take dtailed minutes during ACC meetings; client meetings
Actively patrol and check all the facilities, landscaping to ensure all are in good conditions. Report to Managing Director and concerned departments for any defects and follow up with fixing progress
Welcome and direct guests on the event dates when required.
Brief suppliers and contractors about the property and registration procedures before event set- up.
Take care the good image and reputation of ACC. Co- ordinate with Marketing team to support and promote the marketing activities of ACC
Assist Managing Director and Sales Manager to entertain partners, clients when required.
Follow up with concerned departments to ensure all the jobs assignement/request from Managing Director are followed up
Prepare presentations, compile reports when needed.
Fulfill other assignement by Managing Director when being required
Conduct site inspection to introduce the ACC facilities to prospective clients and event organizers in the absence of Sales Manager. Take note of client enquiries and communicate to Sales department to follow up.

Technical awareness with AV/IT although knowledge is not required.
Excellent written Viet/Eng and oral communication skills.
Organization Skills: Need to stay focused, self- organised, prioritise work tasks and follow up with departments concerned to ensure effective planning for the events.
Computer Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude and work independently with little guidance in a fast- paced, changing environment.
Professional customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
Problem- Solving Skills: Being able to think creatively and act quickly to solve the issue is required under pressure and time constraints.
