Propose and oversee quality improvement programs to minimize risks and non- conformance costs.
Organize training and coaching for QA/QC staff on processes, standards, and quality control skills.
Develop, implement, and maintain the Group- wide QA system in compliance with international standards and internal policies.
Represent the company when working with partners, certification bodies, and international customers regarding quality issues.
Coordinate with cross- functional departments (Production, Engineering, Sales, R&D, etc.) to ensure end- to- end quality across the supply chain.
Supervise, monitor, and control the quality of products/services at subsidiary companies.
Handle customer complaints related to product/service quality.
Conduct regular and ad- hoc audits, prepare evaluation reports, and propose improvement solutions.
Yêu cầu công việc
Often business travelling to 4 subsidiaries.
Strong leadership, team management, analytical and problem- solving skills.
At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC, including minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, or relevant fields.
English: Good communication skills (emails, reports, direct communication with international partners/customers).
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP, BRC, or equivalent).
Experience in multi- plant or group companies is an advantage.
