Monitors competitor’s activities and assists in marketing intelligence
Assist with the preparation of new products and services
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Assist in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities
Develop and maintains contact with business generators closely allied to hotel business
Sells products and services to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business
Implement direction from Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales
Collect customer feedback and provide them to hotel management to contribute to improvement of hotel and respond if required
Builds profile within local marketplace through attendance at various events and local marketplace
Giving training, supporting to Sales Executive
Initiates and prepares tenders for business
Represent the interest of clients and negotiate with hotel management to deliver what they ask for, where appropriate to build up credibility and relationship
Identifies business opportunities
Entertain clients to build intelligence on market trends and customer needs as well as to develop close relationship
Yêu cầu công việc
Good English communication skills
Prefer: 1- 2 year experience in the same position
Knowledge of the principles and practices of supervision
