Senior Account Executive/Account Executive

Job description:
Our Account Executive&039;s ability to communicate with individuals from all walks of life makes them expert trouble- shooters. They are the agency&039;s neural centers responsible for the seamless delivery of projects. Excellent planners, anticipate challenges solving them with a flawless plan of action.
Key Responsibilities:
Streamline resources for effective project delivery
Monitor multiple projects simultaneously
Set project delivery milestones
Work with external partners to manage project costs
Coordinate with various departments
Work closely with the wider consortium for resource planning
Discuss and identify plans of action for projects
Prepare costings and budget reports for upper management
Qualifications:
Be energetic and passionate with a can- do spirit
Possess strong project management skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Microsoft Office proficiency
Understanding of branding and communications preferred
Over 2 years experience in an advertising agency or related field
Have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be well- organized, and able to multitask accurately
