Senior Account Executive (Event/Activation)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Pitching Period:

Brainstorm with the internal teams (Creative, Planning, Media…) to come up with an idea/concept that meets the client&039;s requirements and budget
Write proposals with quotation details and attend the presentation to the client, get feedback and finalize the proposal that meets their expectations;
Attend meetings with clients to understand their requirements
Perform administrative tasks; arrange and join all the meetings
Participate in pitching, trying to win new projects for the company

Execution Period:

Following the projects’ timeline
Act as a bridge between the client and the internal team, ensuring that the communication process goes smoothly and efficiently
Make a to- do list, Masterfile… and allocate resources to execute the campaign
Manage work and expenses incurred during the event
Perform responsibly the assigned position when on- site

Overall Responsibilities & Team management:

Support and train Juniors/Executive and building team
Summarize costs and send invoices to the client;
Stay up to date with competitor’s activities and industry trends
Maintain contact with all the clients to ensure the highest level of their satisfaction;
Write reports for internal and client after the event; get feedback to evaluate the effectiveness

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Good time management, well- organizing skills
Ready to work for long hours and even OT, under tight deadlines and must be able to handle pressure well.
Good in writing proposals or Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Good communication and writing skills, negotiation
Project management, budget management
Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative, and insightful
Education: College or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the same position in event/activation agencies
Professional appearance and personality
Good English skills (both write & speaking)
