To support the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives, contributing to brand performance and awareness within the Vietnam market.
To assist in implementing marketing plans and campaigns, ensuring effective brand communication and engagement.
Marketing Planning & Execution:
Implement and monitor marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities, including advertising, media, PR, and promotions.
Content and Communication:
Coordinate with external agencies, social groups, KOL/ Influencers, Key stakeholders in Sports industry to support marketing initiatives and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Develop and manage marketing content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and analyze trends to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
Monitor competitor activities and consumer behavior to inform marketing tactics and adjustments.
Cross- Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and online teams to support integrated marketing efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.
Reporting and Administration:
Track and report on campaign performance, including metrics and outcomes, to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost- effective use of resources.
Process Support:
Ensure smooth execution of marketing processes and activities, providing administrative support as needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in English
Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns efficiently.
Passion for sports is a plus
Knowledge of marketing strategy and digital marketing tools.
At least 4- 8 years of relevant working experiences in Retail / Fashion / Cosmetics marketing preferably
Ability to respond to market changes and support dynamic marketing efforts.
Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the sports or retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
