Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Develop and implement annual manpower planning based on business forecasts and approved headcount.
Oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified and suitable candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support recruitment campaigns that align with the resort’s employer branding.
Training & Development
Design and implement training programs, onboarding orientation, and career development plans.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to enhance service quality and staff performance.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, and personal income tax regulations.
Manage the payroll process, employee benefits, and performance appraisal system.
Review and propose competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.
Employee Relations & Administration
Oversee general HR administration including personnel files, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary issues in line with company policy and local labor laws.
Build and maintain a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork and engagement.
Budgeting & Reporting
Provide regular HR reports and analysis on workforce, turnover, and recruitment performance.
Support management with HR insights for strategic decision- making.
Prepare and monitor the annual HR budget and manpower cost.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem- solving skills.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in 4–5 star hotels or resorts.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
In- depth knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, and taxation.
Proficient in English (both spoken and written) and Microsoft Office.
