The Candidate:
You will operate with the highest levels of integrity and as the face of American Chiropractic Clinic; you will be a passionate member of our dynamic team
Cheerful disposition, dependable, meticulous, flexible on job scope, punctual in attendance & reporting;
Job Descriptions:
Process messages from patients to doctor’s assistant to doctors;
Updating & filling out patient’s medical file;
Attract potential patients by answering inquiries of services on site, via phone or email.
Ability to maintain effective & organized systems to ensure timely patient flow;
Ad- hoc tasks given by immediate supervisor.
Work closely with team members to ensure the arrangement & cleanliness at the lobby & reception area meet the management’s standard.
Organizing & scheduling appointments;
Handles cashier’s works when assigned.
Greet patients in a professional manner at their arrival & on the telephone.
Provide support to patients’ requests of documents relating to treatment.
Conduct follow- up phone calls with new patients & when patients do not follow through with the prescribed treatment plan.
Yêu cầu công việc
Degree in the relevant field is preferred;
Strong verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Good customer service with good communication & interpersonal skills;
Able to handle patient’s confidential information in a professional manner;
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience;
Proficient in MS Office and patient management software;
Must be a team player with positive attitude, showing empathy, proactive, flexible, energetic & adaptive to change;
