Human Resources Monthly Report
Manage the consolidation of the report and present it to management by the 10th of each month.
Ensure that a monthly report from Corporate Office and the hotels is submitted by the 1st of every month.
Recruitment Process
Ensure a proper hiring system is in place, including job advertisements and interviews.
Compile the annual manning guide, salary scale, and organization chart.
Ensure all new hires follow the approved manning guide, including promotions and transfers.
Ensure all employment contracts are prepared and signed for proper record- keeping.
Monitor and ensure that the salaries offered to all existing staff and new hires are adequate.
Ensure the recruitment process is handled efficiently and be responsible for the interviews of executives from Department Head level and above.
Compensation and Benefits
Research compensation and benefits packages as per management requests.
Submit information for minimum wage adjustments and provide supporting data for management decisions.
Ensure that the benefit package for staff is in line with company policy.
Human Resources Policies & Procedures
Launch new policies after they are approved and signed by management.
Ensure that the hotels and Corporate Office adhere to policies.
Propose Human Resources policies and procedures for management approval.
Raise concerns about policies and procedures with the General Manager.
Advise and explain policy details to hotel Human Resources when required.
Training and Skill Development
Ensure receipt of certified letters from the Department of Skills Development for Dusit Hotels & Resorts and Dusit Princess, using them as supporting documents to submit with the contribution fund calculation form.
Manage training courses certified by the Department of Skills Development for Corporate Office throughout the year.
Handle the internship training program.
Staff Activities
Organize activities for staff to boost morale and create a positive working environment.

Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum education of a Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant discipline.
Computer literate.
Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 5 years of comprehensive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position, preferably in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
