JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek talented Talent Acquisition Specialists with hands- on experience in recruitment. This pivotal team member role is integral to our success, and your expertise in identifying and securing exceptional candidates will be a key factor in our continued growth and development. Experience in Asian markets will be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create ideal candidate profiles, and manage daily recruitment activities
Maintain detailed records and monitor progress within the ATS to ensure a transparent and efficient hiring process
Evaluate candidates thoroughly, assessing their skills, qualifications, and alignment with company culture
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top- tier talent
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Strong capability to evaluate both technical skills and interpersonal/soft skills
Highly organized with keen attention to detail, committed to delivering a positive candidate experience
Exceptional communication and relationship- building skills to collaborate effectively with hiring teams
Flexible, growth- oriented, and proactive in addressing challenges as they arise
Results- driven and accountable, consistently meeting hiring goals and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
Proficient in using recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and leveraging market insights
3+ years of proven experience managing end- to- end recruitment, particularly for non- technical roles
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Will be a plus
Experience in the Asian job market
