Project Manager (IT Outsourcing)

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to manage software development projects for Vietnamese and global clients. You will be responsible for project planning, team coordination, client communication, and ensuring successful project delivery with high quality and efficiency.

Work closely with company leadership to allocate and prioritize project resources when necessary.
Approach customers to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose suitable technology solutions.
Manage and coordinate stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead the organization and implementation of projects from initiation to delivery.
Organize project acceptance, product delivery, and prepare implementation reports in accordance with company regulations.
Control project progress and ensure implementation quality according to the approved plan.
Monitor project status, manage risks, issues, changes, and conflicts among stakeholders, and proactively propose solutions.
Support team members in orientation, skill development, and performance improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience managing projects using Waterfall / Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, MS Project, etc.
Ability to manage teams of 5 or more members.
At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Project Management or Agile certifications are a plus.
Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
