Technical BA

Support the project team in communicating these changes to end users and assist in coordination during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Requirements
Fast learner
Work with the project team to understand application changes and document them in Confluence (guidelines and templates will be provided)
CBAP / CCBA certification or strong experience in technical documentation
Ability to read and understand technical concepts (SQL, API, Backend, Frontend, Database, data models)
Roles and Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
Preferred
Skills:Good communication skills
Work with Our BA team to understand how these changes impact the business and document them in Confluence
Basic proficiency with documentation tools (Confluence, MS Office)
Experience: 3–5 years as a Business Analyst or Technical Writer in software development environments; understanding of software development processes
Coordinate with stakeholders to complete required documentation for internal processes related to production deployment (Software Development Life Cycle process / Go- live)
